General Terms and Conditions of Delivery, Payment, and Guarantee

When you place an order, you need acknowledge the following General Terms and Conditions of Delivery, Payment, and Guarantee set by the Foam Cutting Systems GmbH.

Terms and Conditions of delivery

The delivery of machines and parts (hereinafter referred to as Service) is effected by EXW Leipzig/Germany.
Accordingly, the party placing the order bears the costs and risk of transport.
The time of handover of the Service to the transport company is the time of performance of the Service.
We shall only insure the Service at your special request and at your expense. The choice of means of dispatch is at our discretion.

The machines are delivered in pre-fitted parts for self-construction and commissioning. The customer should possess an appropriate technical knowledge.
At your request and for an extra charge we can install the system at your workshop.

The time of delivery is determined by agreement.

Terms of Payment

30 % of the total sum is due as an advance at the placing of the order.
The balance is payable upon completion, i.e. before handover to the transport company.

We accept the following methods of payment:
- Bank transfer
- Credit card payment: Mastercard and Visacard

Guarantee Conditions

We provide a guarantee of 2 calendar years for our Service from the time of completion of the Service.

We shall fulfil claims under guarantee exclusively for the replacement of defective parts, which customers are required to send to us at their own cost and risk.
In the event of the complaint proved justified, the replacement part will be returned at our expense and risk. Further claims are excluded.
Claims under guarantee shall not be accepted for damage to the Service incurred due to structural changes, incorrect construction or repair, or inappropriate use of the Service.

Court of jurisdiction: Leipzig/Germany
