Turn table machine TT 800

The Turn Table Machine is a complete system for 3-dmensional cutting of rounded symmetrical shapes such as columns, baluster and arcs out of EPS hard foam material. This machine works independently from the FoamCutting outline cutting machines of the Profi-, MC- and SC- Series. The Rotary Plate unit is placed on a frame and it can function independently or together with the machines of the Profi-, MC- and SC- Series.
It is very easy to work with the machine. Computer is not needed. You can choose among several cutting speeds on the control desk.

Delivery contents

The base frame is made of aluminum profile and it has a holding device for the positioning of the shaping wire. The frame can be used for horizontal as well as vertical cutting (see "fields of application")

Turn Table Unit TTU with holding arbor for the foam material The turn table unit is usually used with the turn table machine TT 800. However, it can be connected to a FoamCut outline cutting system under certain preconditions. The connecting cable to the controller (3) is included in the delivery. (We offer an optional extension cross for the fixing of larger blocks).

Control desk for the Turn Table Unit TTU Ten rotation speeds are already preprogrammed. We offer also optional software and a cable, if you prefer to program the control desk manually. From the control desk you start the turning movement of the Turn Table Unit TTU. The delivery includes also a power supply unit.

Power supply unit for the heating of the shaping wire up to 300 degree Celsius/ 572 F

The delivery also includes:

- Hand- book for the setting up in German, English or Spanish
- Cutting wire, rectangular wire 1, 0 x 1,5 mm for shaping

Optional accessories for TT 800

Software and connecting cable for manual programming of the control desk. Our control desk is preprogrammed for all usual applications and need not be reprogrammed. However, if you desire to adjust it to your special needs and your modified productive workflow, this accessory is the right choice.

Operating mode

A template is used for curving the wire in order to achieve the desired outline of the object to be cut. Afterwards the shaping wire is fixed to the base frame. It is heated by the power supply unit to approximately 300 °C. The work piece that is put on the rotary plate rotates past the heated wire and takes its form. If necessary, the rounded body has to be trimmed to receive its final form.

The wire can be used vertically and horizontally. This enables you to cut a wide range of rounded symmetrical shapes.
