FOAMCUT SuperCut-SERIEs

These machines have the unique ability of outline cutting and 3D- milling combined in a single system. First of all, the machine size allows cutting of very large foam blocks. Moreover, with the help of optional accessories new ways and methods of processing open up.
SuperCutter are provided with a milling axis enabling relief engraving on the surface of a foam block for the first time. Because of that, forms that have been impossible to make, can now be realized.
The tools for production of rounded symmetrical shapes are also included in the standard system.

SC- Series: computer- controlled for success

At the moment, our SC- Series includes three machine types that differ from each other mainly in their cutting sizes capacity. Depending on your needs, we can offer you the corresponding solution.
With the help of the optional milling axis also hard materials such as wood, stone, and even metal can be processed (For this purpose, however, it is necessary to fix the material to the table.)

Electric power supply for the machines of all series starting from 2007

The electric power supply of the machine is ensued through the controller.

Wire heating for all series
Wire heating can be additionally switched on and off through the software. Integrated automatic mechanism turns the wire heating on when the machine starts and then automatically turns it off when the machine stops.
For a small extra charge, an insulation monitoring system can be integrated for higher security (If the machine is not grounded, a signal rings out and the power supply is turned automatically off.)
