Multi- wire machine E*D*D*: This machine has two wire holders on each side. The holders can work even when the distance between them changes. Therefore, you can cut identical forms in parallel. That is especially effective for simple panel cuts or profiles. The machine has special dimensions: cutting width X = 2600mm, height Y= 1600mm and wire length Z= 1600 mm.

Professional hot wire machine DDF: Machine sizes: cutting width X= 1250mm, cutting height Y= 1250mm, wire length Z= 4200mm Application: construction of entire house walls.

DDF SuperCut 120/4: Machine size: cutting width X= 4200 mm, cutting height Y= 1250mm, wire length Z= 1250 mm. Total machine length = 9000mm The machine can be transformed into a SuperCut machine since it has an additional linear axis and various holding devices for such tools as, for instance, the milling cutter.

The "Holemaker" option: If you want to have the Styropor block perforated, you need our "Holemaker". The device has hot bars with 10 mm distance from each other and was specially developed for such purposes.

Holding device for shaping wire and turn table unit: The holding device enables the production of screw- shaped columns and spirals.

Multi- wire cutting installation for shaping wire: The installation allows you to cut several identical forms simultaneously.
