You can produce and reproduce 3D- figures, architectural designs, objects, ornamentations and much more!
This system facilitates the modeling process through inexpensive production of molds out of styropor/ styrodur.

SCF: Cutting and Milling center: a multi- functional machine for 2-and 3- dimensional working with styrol foam and other materials.
The FoamCut cutting and milling systems SFC 100, SFC 250 and SFC 500 turns styropor blocks into milled figures for architectural, modeling and decorating needs. With their CAM- programs and various accessories you are perfectly prepared for any challenge.

Description of the machine system

The base frame consists of a light- weighted, though solid construction profile. The workpiece table moves horizontally, the working tools (hot wire, milling cutter) move vertically. The standard wire holding device has a holder on which the shaping wires, the milling axis or the multi-wire installation can be mounted.
The carriage with rolls and the precision control are made of Nirosta. The system has a reinforcing portal at the side, an emergency switch and is equipped with the working tools.

3-D software

Rhinoceros Rhinomold for the creation of forms
You can start with a sketch, a drawing, a real model or just with an idea: with the Rhino- tools you can model every single detail of your drawings and then prepare them for rendering, animation, creation of a pre- model, analysis and production.
Rhinoceros creates, processes, analyzes and converts NURBS- round, -flat and voluminous bodies with Windows. There are no limits concerning complexity, grade or size. Polygonal networks and point clouds are supported by Rinoceros as well.
Special characteristics:
-Usually you will find the 3D-form modeling tools that Rhino has only in products that are 50 times more expensive than our software.
-You can model any form you chose to.
-You need precision in order to design anything from airplane to jewelry, to produce prototypes or to analyze.
-The software is compatible with many others design-, CAM-, machine construction-, analyzing-, rendering-, illustrating and animation programs
-You can read and repair complicated IGES- files.
-The software is user- friendly. It is easy to learn and operate with. You can now concentrate fully on the modeling and visualization of your objects without being distracted by the software.
-It works fast, even with an ordinary notebook. There is no need for special hardware.

PHOTOMODELER
PhotoModeller offers various efficient and user- friendly functions for measuring and modeling with previously unimaginable productivity. Once more the new version of the program has considerably extended the professional opportunities for 3D- evaluation of photos. True to the philosophy of the manufacturer, new versions of a program are released only with significant improvements. So, PhotoModeler Pro 5 contains many pioneering innovations concerning the variety of functions, practical orientation, measurement precision, modeling quality, working speed and efficiency.

We deliver a 2- parts foam milling set and shaping wire together with the 2-drill and mill motors(100 and 1000W).

3D- data service
We scan and process for you all objects, figures and reliefs you need. The mobile optical 3D- scanner can easily reproduce your originals. We can model fast and duplicate directly any object in whatever size you need it.
The scanning service for 4 objects is included in the total machine price. We can help you scan your originals. Moreover, we can accompany you from the very beginning up to the production of the 3D foam elements.
Send us your original object and we will process it 3- dimensionally for a small fee corresponding to our efforts. If required, we can help you find professional 3D- designers. (Transportation costs are not included)

3D- library
You can use our digital 3D library where you will find more than 2000 pre-scanned objects or drafts of changing elements, ornaments, façade profiles, figures, car bodies, objects from every- day life and much more.
You will find these objects on a CD included in the delivery.

Training

An intensive training in your own workshop is included in the total machine price.
During the one week of training you learn how to operate with the machine, how to produce 2D and 3D- elements and how to mill 3-dimensionally.

Set up service
The total price includes the machine set up at your work shop. We charge separately for the travel expenses of our technicians.
