FoamCut Profi: Professional Series for precise cuts and efficient production

The solid base construction as well as the outstanding performance of the machine engine and controller enables you to process professionally entire styropor blocks up to 15 m³( 660 cubic feet) in a single operation.
The solid base frame consists of an aluminum construction profile on which the horizontally moving working table is positioned and of a robust fixed portal on which the cutting wire moves vertically. There are connections ports for additional accessories.
Manifold optional accessories guarantee further options for creative production of industrial products with different applications. For instance, the rotary plate unit with shaping wire holders creates conic columns and 3D objects while the multi –wire installation guarantees economical production.

The special wire heated up to 300°C ( 572 F) produces precise cuts. Even when the wire has a length of 2,5 meters and above you will receive a perfect cut at every part of the material. After finishing work, the wire returns to its initial length. Your cuts would only have a small slit depending on the chosen wire strength and the optimal coordination of adjusted tension, cutting speed and material. The Profi series works with FoamCut round wire with diameter of 0,25mm to 0,4mm.

The software for machine control is easy to work with. We deliver in addition a software pack with all necessary programs and security codes. It is especially created to match the client`s needs. The compatibility of our software with the most popular, vector- based programs (such as CorelDraw, Freehand, AutoCad) is a further advantage of our FoamCut machine systems. Our cut optimizing software OptimPro and the control software FoamCut work perfectly with Windows XP.

The electric power supply of the machine is ensued through the controller.
Wire heating for all series
The wire heating can be additionally switched on and off through the software. Integrated automatic mechanism turns the wire heating on when the machine starts and then automatically turns it off when the machine stops.
For a small extra charge, an insulation monitoring system can be integrated for higher security (If the machine is not grounded, a signal rings out and the power supply is turned automatically off.)

Fields of application

The machines from the Profi- Series produce façade parts, adornments, concrete forms, roller blinds etc. You can use them for the building of prototypes and of large decoration forms, in the packaging industry and for commercial purposes.
