Smart device for removing leftovers

The Schredder crushes leftovers of EPS or XPS foam fast and easy into small pieces that can be packed in bags and afterwards recycled. In this way new Styropor blocks can be made out of the recycling material. Stryropor leftovers are also used for improvement of the floor quality and as admixture for concrete.

If you use the Schredder AT-S 600, you will save precious space in your workshop. When packed in bags, the bulky leftovers take little space and can be easily transported.

Operating mode

The Schredder is used for chopping Styropor leftovers into pieces. With the help of heated wires the Styropor piece is diced or cut to ribbons with the size of 30x30mm.
The cutting material is put in the funnel. Then it goes down through the heated wires. Depending on the thickness of the Styropor piece, the material is cut into 30x30 mm big slices, dices or bars.
The funnel of the Shredder has the dimensions of 600x600mm. This is also the maximum size of the cutting material that can be fed into the funnel.
The leftovers fall in the collecting bag.
