Graphic
letters and logos upgrade optically stands at fairs, presentations,
stores, or shopping malls much better than written logos and texts
on foils. At the same time, they are surprisingly cheap. All the
letters and logos you see here were made with our hot wire cutting
systems out of hard foam. Afterwards they were painted.
After
the cutting is done, we usually apply a coat of polyurethane and
epoxyd gum to the material to make it weather- proof. In the end
the object is varnished.

3D CDU-Letters
For
one of the leading German political parties- the Christian
Democratic Party,we have created several three- dimensional
letters in different sizes (height: 1m to 3m /3 to 9 feet).
They were used for stage decoration at different events. They
are also the sign of recognition of the Federal headquarters
of CDU in Berlin .

GELOMYRTOL-Man
The
Gelomyrtol- mascot (Gelomyrtol is a medicine against respiratory
deceases) was also created step- by- step with our machines.

Movie: "over the hedge"
For
the premiere of this cartoon movie we have created this three-
dimensional letters (height: 1m/3 feet). They were made out
of XPS with a SuperCut machine and afterwards painted green.

JIM BEAM bottle
The
two huge Jim Beam- bottles were created as decoration for
events. With the help of digital printing and an airbrush
we were able to reproduce every tiny detail of the original
bottle.

The shift knob
For
the decoration of the bar area at several automobile fairs
we have created this oversized shift knob. It was made of
several components that were afterwards put together.

SEA
These
3- dimensional letters were firstly cut out of styropor, then
primed and subsequently varnished. The result is a high polished
surface that can be seen.

ADIDAS
Several
Adidas- logos, inscriptions and signs were made out of styrodur
as a decoration of an event. The black varnish gives the final
touch.

BALDESSARINI
We
have created this inscription for the interior design of a
fashion boutique. The letters are made out of styrodur, then
varnished in black and subsequently covered with high polishing
PVC.
